Understanding the role of counselors on teenagers promisquity with outbound techniques through natural and historical tourism

This paper aims to understand the role of Guidance and Counseling teachers (counselors) in overcoming promisquity among school adolescents. based on results qualitative research, using a phenomenological perspective, especially narratives everyday life with subjects counselors students SMA Negeri 30, Banda Naira, Central Maluku. Data collection techniques interviews, descriptive-qualitative analysis observation. The showed that there are two causes this – internal external causes. Internal originate from individual itself, such as lack understanding religion adolescents who have weak mental (rationality emotionality). outside - environment is not conducive parental attention, family conditions less harmonious (broken home), influence local social environment, media. counselor's effort at 30 Maluku Tengah was through natural historical tourism outbound techniques, which another form technique group counseling model.
